Long contact with the noble lees. Ageing 12 months in stainless steel and 2/3 months in bottle.

Ruby red with purplish nuances.
Scent
Elegant red fruits like cherry, blackberry and red currant with delightful spicy aromas.
Taste
Well structured, soft and elegant with an excellent persistence.
